 Information about Point of Light (in PDF) • Complete Media Kit (effective for the 12/08 issue) • 2004 Readers Survey Results Effective beginning with the December 2008 issue  Camera Ready Artwork To qualify as Camera Ready artwork, all display ads must meet at least one of the two following criteria: 1. An electronic file submitted via email or on ZIP disk (100mg only) or on CD. Acceptable file types are PDF, JPG, EPS or TIF (Mac or PC), Quark (Mac only), Photoshop or Illustrator (Mac or PC) or InDesign (Mac only.) Fonts should be converted to outlines in EPS, Photoshop or Illustrator files. TIF and JPG files should be no less than 300dpi. 2. A printed, non-folded, paper positive. Laser or ink jet prints are fine, linotype output is better. The higher the resolution the better, but in no case less than 300dpi. If there are gradients, fine details or photos, no less than 600 dpi. *Design Fees All artwork not Camera Ready is subject to a Design Fee. All Design Fees will vary due to the amount of time necessary to prepare the ad. Fee will be set and agreed to before work commences and will be no less than the amounts in the chart. |
